We consider the security of our systems a top priority, but no matter how much effort we put into system security, vulnerabilities may still be present. If you discover a vulnerability, we would like to know so that we can take measures to address it as soon as possible. We ask you to help us better protect our customers and our systems.
Please follow these steps in case of potential suspicious circumstances:
- Email your findings to [email protected].
- Do not exploit the vulnerability or the issue you have discovered, for example by downloading more data than necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability or by deleting or modifying data belonging to others.
- Do not disclose the issue to others before it has been resolved.
- Do not carry out attacks on physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service, spam, or third-party applications.
- Provide enough information to reproduce the issue so that we can fix it as quickly as possible. Usually, the IP address or URL of the affected system and a description of the vulnerability are sufficient, but more explanation may be needed for complex vulnerabilities.
Our response:
- We will respond to your report within 3 business days with our assessment of the report and an expected date for a solution.
- If you have followed the instructions above, we will not take legal action against you in connection with the report.
- We will treat your report as strictly confidential and will not share your personal information with third parties without your permission.
- We will keep you informed of the progress in resolving the issue.
- In the public information about the reported issue, we will mention your name as the discoverer of the problem (unless you wish otherwise).
- As a token of our gratitude for your help, we offer a reward for every report of a security issue that we were not previously aware of. The amount of the reward is determined based on the severity of the leak and the quality of the report. We strive to resolve all issues as quickly as possible, and we would like to play an active role in the eventual publication about the problem once it has been resolved.
